- My name is Andre Gibeault. (Andy Gib is a nickname) I like 60's garage music for almost all my life. I was 18 years old in 1965 when I heard on the radio "Pushin' too hard" by the Seeds and I knew right away that this kind of music will be part of my future life.-- In 1981 I have opened the first records collector's store in Montreal. In 1985 I made the Canadian Records First Edition: Home made 300 copies. In 1987 I made the 2nd edition: Canadian Records - A discography & price guide of Canadian 45's & LP's from 1955 to 1975 - 1,000 copies In 1985 Nightmares from the Underworld Vol 1 - Garage 60's from Canada : Home made cover : 300 copies numbered. In 1986 Nightmares from the Underworld vol.2: 1,000 copies

My name is Lin' Otherlyn. Guitar player,Russ Selby wrote the tune. It is my friend, Mary and I who wrote the sparse lyrics and sang on this recording, circa '63...recorded reel-to-reel, in living room of Phil Lawrence (Jaglowski). Mary and I were 11 and 12 years old. It is VERY interesting that the Beatles's Magical Mystery Tour album includes a song called "Flying" that is very nearly, the SAME song...even right down to the "La-la's." It is nice to see that this song is "out there." I'm still singing even now.
